University of Belgarade listed 348th out of 2000 best universities in the world
The Global 2000 list by the Centre for World University Rankings (CWUR) has listed University of Belgrade as 348th out of 2000 best universities in the world for 2022/2023.
The results of the quality of education, employment opportunities, faculty quality and research achievements of a total of 19,788 universities were analyzed. The prestigious Global 2000 list includes universities from 96 countries, and University of Belgrade has been ranked as the best in Serbia. University of Novi Sad is 1117th on the list, University of Kragujevac is 1622nd and University of Niš took 1635th place.
The Center for World University Rankings is a global consulting organization, providing governments and universities with policy advice, strategic insights, and consulting services to improve educational and research outcomes. Since 2012, it has been publishing the only academic ranking list of global universities that assesses the quality of education, the employment of alumni, the quality of faculties and research performance, without relying on surveys and data provided by universities. Since 2019, the ranking has been expanded to include 2,000 of the best of nearly 20,000 universities worldwide, making it the highest academic ranking of global universities.
