The University of Novi Sad is among the best universities in the field of Psychology

The University of Novi Sad (UNS) has been ranked among the best world universities on the recently published Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings 2022 by subject. According to the results, the UNS has been ranked for the first time in Psychology with the rank 501+. This is the only Serbian university to make it to the list in this field. When it comes to other subject fields, the UNS has maintained last year’s rankings: Clinical & Health (601+), Life Sciences (801+), and Physical Sciences (801 – 1000). The Times Higher Education World University Rankings by subject have published, so far, results in four abovementioned fields only. The rankings table in Physical Sciences includes 1,227 universities; the Life Sciences field lists 972 world-leading universities, the field of Clinical Health encompasses 925 universities in total, and the ranking for Psychology numbers 567 world-leading universities for 2022. The rankings for the remaining subject areas were announced to be published during October and November 2021.

THE rankings represent the largest world university rankings, including universities from 99 countries and territories. Last year was the first time that the University of Novi Sad was ranked on THE World University Rankings by subject, obtaining a rank in 8 out of 11 subject areas in total. The global ranking of UNS for 2022 is 1201+.
